REFUND POLICY

At Sukra Handicrafts, we strive to provide excellent customer service. If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to assist you. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds:

 

Returns and Exchanges:

  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 24 hours of purchase or receiving your items.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items must not show any visible signs of use or damage.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges for fault of Sukra Handicraft’s sculpture works, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during delivering product.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are subject to management approval and require the return of the item(s) within 24 hours of purchase or receiving your items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please consider this before making a purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Email a clear image of the item(s) you wish to return to sukrahandicrafts@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and contact number in the email.
  3. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions.
